The Emmys are stupid. Except! Guest-actor nominees include Margaret Cho as Kim Jongs Il and Eun on “30 Rock” — Everything sunny all the time always! — and Mark Margolis as a retired/mute/bell-ringing drug kingpin on “Breaking Bad.” Ding!
